Testimonials

Mike has done great work here and is the kind of player I would like to have on my teams in the future… He is one of the reasons we were successful in transitioning the work of 120 Client resources to 20 Accenture resources, and we quickly put him in a leadership role over UX design and management.
Patrick Kennedy - Partner - Accenture

On multiple projects we’ve worked together, Mike consistently showed his ability to engage clients and colleagues and bring them together. On all three occasions, Mike brought a sense of confidence and calm to otherwise intense projects. He has a strong work ethic, a passion for UX and a vast depth of UX knowledge. Mike’s ability to bridge UX and Content work streams has been invaluable. High performing, seasoned UX Managers with MIke’s skills are very difficult to find. Scott Witwer - Senior Manager - Accenture

Mike has an outstanding work ethic and is a pleasure to work with. As part of his job at PTC, Mike had to quick ramp up on a proprietary software application, and become the principal (and, in fact, the only) developer. He was responsible for taking over a complex, pre-existing code set, supporting the entire application, and developing a host of new features according to a very aggressive schedule. This was an exceedingly difficult challenge and Mike did a fantastic job..Tom Shoemaker - Vice President - PTC

I worked with Mike at UnitedHealthcare, where as part of Accenture he managed user experience research and design for a multi-year software project. The research, documentation, and wireframes that he authored were extraordinarily thorough and detailed, putting the team in the best possible position to succeed. His broad skill-set and experience allowed him to distill complex systems to their core and anticipate pitfalls before they occurred. Great to work with and especially recommended for projects of this scale!.Mike Hartman - Client - United Healthcare

Mike came into an organization that needed immediate help with a complex project. Mike approached the project with professionalism and expertise and was a great asset to the completion of vital deadlines in a short amount of time that otherwise would not have been met. Mike was extremely easy to work with and I recommend him as a valuable addition to any team!Shannon Dunn - Lead Analyst - Vision Integrated Graphics

I worked under Mike’s supervision for a Go To Market project for about 6 weeks. Mike got me up to speed in just a couple of days – he made sure that I understood our client’s vision and goals, what the structure of the team looked like and, just as importantly, that I felt welcome in the team. Mike’s openness to feedback, to answering my questions, and his undeniable skills as a UX Architect and UX Lead left an impression on me on what a great manager looks like. I trust that, when you and Mike work together, you will leave with a similar impression as me – I recommend him for any UX-related work. Thank you, Mike, working with you has been an enjoyable and an enriching experience.Ricardo Cardenas - Direct Report - Accenture

Mike Sukow was an immense asset to our team while we were fortunate enough to have him. His meticulous approach to documentation, communication, and organization throughout our security definition process was vital to the continued success of our goal going forward. He is an expert communicator and has the project management experience that one can only hope to aspire to.Business & Integration Arch Analyst

I want to THANK YOU, I know that it was a challenging road initially, but I appreciated your diligence, your persistence and most of all your dedication. You have made a significant impact on this team and I know for sure on the client. Your contributions over the past 7 months have been instrumental in Accenture being where we are today.Digital Transformation Executive

Mike did a great job with UX recommendations and was able to present to client resources in a clear way and work through challenged feedback with multiple decision-makers as client got organized.Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Mike was valued highly by the account team and the client stakeholders and easily fielded ad-hoc questions presented by the client who were often challenged by the capabilities of the new content strategy… Mike is viewed as highly versatile.Technology Senior Manager
